Terms & Booking Policy

Your booking is confirmed as soon as payment is completed. The selected seats are reserved immediately, and Cici will begin preparing your Shanghai cooking experience.

Changes and cancellations

You can use the private link in your confirmation email to change or cancel your booking. Changes are subject to availability, and you’ll see any price difference before confirming.

For guest-requested cancellations or changes that lower the booking total:

• 72 hours or more before the start time: 94% of the affected amount is refunded.
• 24–72 hours before the start time: 47% of the affected amount is refunded.
• Less than 24 hours before the start time, or no-show: no refund.

The refund percentages above include a 6% non-refundable payment processing fee, applied only to the amount otherwise eligible for refund. Each change is calculated only on the new refund created by that change.

Date or time changes that do not lower the booking total have no processing fee. If a change increases the total, you pay only the difference. If Cici cancels the experience, you receive a full refund.

Please share allergy and dietary information when booking. Cici will review it carefully and contact you directly if anything needs to be clarified before your experience.
