Terms & Booking Policy

Your booking is confirmed as soon as payment is completed. The selected seats are reserved immediately, and Cici will begin preparing your Shanghai cooking experience.

Advance booking

Online bookings must be made at least one full calendar day in advance, based on Shanghai time. Today and tomorrow are unavailable, so the earliest bookable date is the day after tomorrow.

Changes and cancellations

You can use the private link in your confirmation email to change or cancel your booking. Changes are subject to the dates currently available online and any price difference shown before you confirm.

If a change increases the booking total, you pay the difference. If it lowers the total, the refundable difference follows the same timing policy as cancellations.

Changes or cancellations made at least 72 hours before the confirmed start time receive a 95% refund. Those made between 24 and 72 hours receive a 45% refund. Changes or cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. If Cici needs to cancel, a full refund is issued.

Please share allergy and dietary information when booking. Cici will review it carefully and contact you directly if anything needs to be clarified before your experience.
