Cancellation & Rescheduling

Your experience is confirmed immediately when payment is completed. A private change and cancellation link is included in your confirmation email.

Cancellation refunds

Cancel 72 hours or more before the confirmed start time for a 95% refund. Cancel between 24 and 72 hours before the start time for a 45% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time, and no-shows, are non-refundable.

Booking changes

You may change your course, date, group size or class format through your private booking link. New dates are limited to those currently available online, and your booking total will be recalculated before you confirm any change.

If the new total is higher, you’ll simply pay the difference. If the new total is lower, the refundable difference follows the same timing policy: 95% at least 72 hours ahead, 45% between 24 and 72 hours, and no refund within 24 hours. You’ll always see any additional payment or refund amount before confirming your change.

Changes or cancellations by Cici

If Cici needs to reschedule your experience, she will contact you promptly. If the new arrangement does not work for you, you may choose to cancel for a full refund.

If Cici needs to cancel your experience, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds are issued promptly, though your payment provider or card issuer may take additional time to display the funds.
